The large majority of Co-operators Online Services users who launched the Remove Driver flow never completed it. I set out to uncover what was causing the high abandon rate and found some creative content solutions to increase user confidence and clarity.

Online Services’ profile and preferences was overdue for an overhaul. But we didn’t stop at just a new look and feel for the vertically designed single-page application. Our solution? Design a help section within the widget to support the user through unhappy path sign-in experiences.
